Welcome to Somnia, the fantastical world inside an individual’s imagination, a place where their ideas, emotions, and real-world connections are represented by avatars. Normally fleeting, Somnia is sustained by a powerful desire to understand and thus control resident emotions that affect the outside world. So much that on the cusp of destruction, a Watcher—an idea charged with reporting the state of dreams—abandoned their post to restore emotional balance. Dream Watchers is a 1-2 player boss-battler where players control Watchers within the confines of each Emotion’s (Boss) domain and attempt to restore balance through combat and/or puzzles using acquired skills.
